VIP REST-HOUSE: PARTICULARS
a) Two bedrooms:- One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds. One double couch, built-in wardrobes and bedding.
b) Lounge: TV, wall to wall carpet, cupboards and glasses.
c) Dining room: table and six chairs.
d) Kitchen with electric stove (3 plates and oven), sink, refrigerator, cupboards, cutlery, electric kettle and crockery.
e) Bathroom with shower, bath and hand basin, electric socket for shavers (110 and 220 V).
f) Toilet.
g) Lock-up garage.
h) Veranda, barbecue with grill and deck chairs.
i) NO towels are provided.

LUXURY REST-HOUSE PARTICULARS
a) Two bedrooms: One bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a double couch, built-in wardrobes and bedding.

c) Kitchen with electric stove (3 plates and oven), sink, refrigerator, cupboards, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery.
d) Bathroom with shower, hand basin, electric socket for shavers (110 and 220 V).
e) Toilet.
f) Laundry (basin and clothes-line).
g) Lock-up garage.
h) Veranda, barbecue with grill and deck chairs.
i) NO glasses and towels are provided.

A-FRAME REST-HOUSE (CH) PARTICULARS
a) Two bedrooms: One on the ground floor with two beds and one on the first floor with 4 beds. Wardrobes in both rooms and bedding.
b) Sitting/dining room.
c) Kitchen with two plate electric stove, refrigerator, cupboard and sink.
d) Carport.
e) Veranda, barbecue without grill.
f) Shower, toilet and hand basin.
g) NO towels, crockery and cutlery.

4-BED REST-HOUSE (FLAT 4) PARTICULARS
a) Two bedrooms each with a wardrobe, two single beds with bedding.

 4-BED REST-HOUSE (FISH 4) PARTICULARS

2-BED REST-HOUSE (FISH 2) PARTICULARS
a) One bedroom with 2 single beds and bedding.

Conditions

1. ADMISSION
1.1 Admission is at own risk.
1.2 Right of admission is reserved.
1.3 The right is reserved to order any tenant off the premises who renders himself guilty of violating any of the general rules regarding accommodation and utilisation of facilities or of indecent or any other form of misconduct without a refund on prepaid accommodation.
1.4 No person may do or permit any act that could prove to be a nuisance, obstruction or hindrance to any other person.
1.5 On arrival at the rest camp, holders of reservations must produce proof of identification.
1.6 The total amount of all bookings is payable in advance.
1.7 Only cash, traveller's cheques in local currency.
1.8 Tariffs are subjected to change without prior notice.
2. CANCELLATION
(I) No cancellation of any prepaid booking in respect of the months of December and January, as well as the Easter Weekend will be accepted.
3. RULES REGARDING REFUNDING OF KEY DEPOSIT
3.1 THE KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF:
(A) ANY ANIMAL IS TAKEN INTO THE CAMP.
(B) A MOTORCYCLE OR SELF-DRIVEN TWO OR THREE WHEEL VEHICLE IS DRIVEN IN THE CAMP.
(C) FURNITURE IS MOVED FROM ONE BUNGALOW TO ANOTHER.
(D) ANY CONTENTS OF THE BUNGALOW IS TAKEN TO THE BEACH OR IS MISUSED.
(E) THE BUNGALOW IS VACATED AFTER 10:00 ON THE DATE OF DEPARTURE.
(F) COOKING UTENSILS OR CUTLERY IS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED AND PUT AWAY.
(G) THE BUNGALOW IS DIRTY / SOILED.
(H) MORE THAN SIX PEOPLE OCCUPY A BUNGALOW.
(I) AN OCCUPANT OR ANY PERSON IN HIS COMPANY IS GUILTY OF ANY OFFENCE RE THE GENERAL RULES IN RESPECT OF THE ACCOMMODATION AND UTILISATION OF THE FACILITIES OR OF INDECENT OF ANY OTHER FORM OF MISCONDUCT.
3.2 PARTIAL REFUNDING SHALL BE DONE IF:
(a) On inspection, deficiencies are found in the inventory.
(b) Any damage is done to the Municipal property.
4. GENERAL INFORMATION
4.1 Persons who wish to leave before 08:00 or any other time must see it that the bungalow is properly locked whereafter the key must be put into the appropriate key box at the gate or office. (THE KEY MUST NOT BE GIVEN TO THE RECEPTION CLERK, OR ANY OTHER EMPLOYEE). The Matron shall inspect the bungalow and the Head of Tourism shall see to it that a refund where applicable, be forwarded by post.
4.2 Any person leaving after 08:00 should see to it that the bungalow is ready to be inspected by the Matron on request between 08:00 and 10:00. The key deposit must be collected at the office once the Matron has signed the form.
4.3 If the damages exceed the amount of the deposit paid, the lessor shall have the right of claming the full amount of all damages caused from the lessee, and if necessary both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court of Swakopmund.
4.4 A "person" means: One person of the age of 6 years or older, or two persons younger than six years.
4.5 Accommodation for one day extends from 15:00 on any calendar day of the booked period, which shall expire at 10:00.
4.6 Housing units are allocated on arrival at the rest camp.
4.7 No animals, including pets and poultry, are allowed in the rest camp.
4.8 No person shall enter the rest camp or drive or ride within its borders with a motor cycle or any other self-propelled two- or three wheeled vehicle.
4.9 Utilisation of the rest camp and its facilities is subjected to the Council's applicable rules and conditions.
4.10 When the office is closed, keys for booked bungalows can be collected from the Reception Cashiers.
4.11 Should there be vacant bungalows during out of season periods, the Reception Clerk will issue keys to the visitor on receipt of one day's tariff. Should the visitor wish to stay for a longer period, arrangements must be made at the office the following morning before 10:00.
4.12 The occupant is responsible for the contents of the bungalow and should check the inventory immediately when moving into the bungalow. Any shortage or breakage should be reported to the office or Reception Clerk immediately after arrival. When checking out, the bungalow should be locked and the keys dropped into the key box provided at the gate.
4.13 Limited freezing facilities are available free of charge.
4.14 Private deep-freezer units may be plugged into the electric system after the prescribed tariff of N$10.00 per day was paid at the office.
4.15 A key deposit for certain accommodation has to be paid on arrival. This amount will however be refunded in cash after vacating the bungalow and the rules in connection with refunding were not breached.
