Activities

Scenic drives: a drive throughout parts of the Kaokoland and discover the wonders of this unspoiled area.

Nature walks: enjoy a walk with one of local guides through the local village to the main falls. From there we walk along the Kunene River with breathtaking views of the falls and the abundance of birdlife.

Himba Village tours: take a ride in one of camp's offroad vehicles to one of the last remaining Nomadic Tribes on the earth. Enjoy learning about their culture and their fascinating way of life. A trip that you will never forget! Duration is around 4 hours.

Bird watching (ca. 240 species):

Enjoy a walk with a guide and discover the flora and fauna of this great area and see such wonderful birds like goliath herons, hornbills, paradise fly catchers, fish eagles, various bee-eaters, kingfishers, etc.
Sundowner: sit and enjoy a drink whilst watching an amazing colourful African sunset.

Rafting: rafting along the Kunene River.
